Our story so far

We have been around for a while! Hills Florist was opened by Ted and Beatrice Hill in 1977 and has been providing quality flowers, innovative designs and excellent service from Orrell Road, Wigan, for almost 50 years.

In the beginning we sold simple bunches and locally grown cut flowers, along with a selection of fruit and veg, however our destiny was flowers and we soon became a well respected local florist with a discerning clientele. Over the years we have received many accolades and won several coveted awards including Interflora Northwest Florist of the Year and Interflora National Florist of the Year.

Today, Hills Florist is still a family business, with Ted and Beatrice’s son Adam Hill leading our team of professional florists, and we still have the same passion for flowers that started the company all those years ago.

We have a wonderful team of professional florists who work extremely hard creating beautiful designs for our customers and clients, from simple bunches to large weddings, each item is created with the same attention to detail that our customers and clients expect.

You will also find a selection of quality vases, ceramics and containers along with a selection of indoor and outdoor plants.
